About This Event

This event is catered towards individuals who are new in their role as an elected official, department head, or supervisor. Packed with practical material, the Supervisor Bootcamp is designed to equip you with the knowledge to lead with confidence while navigating what can be difficult situations. From medical leave under the Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA) and workers' compensation issues to harassment and discrimination issues in the workplace, we cover it all.
